No. If you are not able to be with your vehicle at the time of pick up you can designate a representative to complete the transaction with our driver. Any person completing a transaction must be over 18, with a valid state picture identification, have the ownership documentation (Title, Registration, etc.) for the vehicle being sold, and be willing to sign our bill of sale paperwork as your agent.

We offer SAME DAY or Next Day pick up for vehicles that are located within the 495 Corridor. Vehicles located outside of the 495 corridor will be scheduled for pick up within 48 hrs of the time you accepted our offer.
Pick up appointments can also be scheduled weeks in advance if you are not ready to have your car taken away at the time you accept our offer.
